Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can greatly impact our ability to serve our other clients. To ensure fairness for all, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior. In the event that a massage therapist feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or harassed by a client, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately.
If a session is terminated due to sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, the client will be charged for the full service fee, and future appointments will not be accepted.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
