Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can greatly impact our ability to serve our other clients. To ensure fairness for all, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee.

• If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full service fee.

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior. In the event that a massage therapist feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or harassed by a client, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately.

• If a session is terminated due to sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, the client will be charged for the full service fee, and future appointments will not be accepted.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
